DENNIS STEFAN - OWNER/AGENT/BROKER

Dennis has lived in the Remer Area for most of his life. He attended school at the local high school and knows the area and the people very well. Owning and running a business in the City of Remer (for most of his life) has been a valuable resource for his real estate career.

Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, four wheeling and all the other outdoor activities available to us here in the Remer area has contributed greatly to his love for this area and his desire to see it thrive and grow in a positive way. He and his wife and their two sons (along with four grandchildren) are at the center of his life and share his love of the outdoors and our 'up north' area.

TOM WITHEROW - AGENT/BROKER

Tom has been an Agent at Thunder Lake Realty since 1996. He currently has a "Broker's License" and a "Registered Real Property Appraiser License." Tom has had a lot of experience in the Real Estate field besides selling real estate, having much experience, also, in investment properties and 1031 property exchange sales and purchases. He is a landlord/owner of some rental properties in the area and enjoys building, remodeling and updating older homes as well as woodworking projects.

Tom has been in Remer since 1987, was raised in Grand Rapids and was a Teacher and School Administrator for several years before joining Thunder Lake Realty in 1996. Tom and his wife Mary have been married for 42 years, have 2 children, Kyle and Krista and 2 grandchildren Claire and Cole. Tom is also interested in the “Old car and collector car” hobby and enjoys “working on,” “talking about” and “driving” these old vehicles.

MIKE STEFAN - AGENT

Mike grew up in the lakes area, moving away when it came time to attend college.  Living in the Twin Cities area for the last 10 years Mike worked in the mortgage industry developing properties, building and selling his own homes.  He is experienced in the financing of home buying and understands how to guide his clients through the process of buying a home.

During his free time Mike spends his time outdoors.  Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and boating (just to name a few). He loves spending time with his family and coaching his kid's activities.  Mike is active in the community and is excited to be a part of Thunder Lake Realty and making a home for his family here in our 'up north' area.

DENISE GREEN - AGENT

Denise has a background filled with a variety of life experience.  While growing up in the Twin Cities area, she spent most of her early childhood summers at the Grandparents farm just outside of Remer where she now currently resides.

Prior to making Remer her permanent home, she spent over twenty-four years in Sales, Leasing and Property Management in the corporate world, as well as Rental Property as an Investment.  Her experience in these areas opened the door for her career in Real Estate Sales here in the Northland Region.

Denise is an avid and expert gardener spending most of her free time at the third generation family farm, Green Acres (usually in one of the large gardens).  Denise is thrilled to be a part of Thunder Lake Realty and to call Remer home.
